Why a form and not a phone number?

Because it's honest. This service is new to the western shore, and while the books are settling we'd rather take every enquiry in writing, read it properly, and call you back with our full attention, than run a phone that rings out from under a door.

The form goes straight to a person. Plain answers, no call centre, no hold music.
